General Summary

Provides a variety of administrative support activities to a project or program. Works closely with Project Managers or Program Manager to compile technical, financial, and other project/program data using various database programs, for inclusion in reports or presentation materials. Maintains tactical responsibility for tracking project financials. Participates in special projects as required.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

* Utilizes DoD and DIA Security related policies and procedures as assigned *

* Validates meeting security marking and tracking *

* Verifies security clearances through the processing of associated paperwork *

* Tracks the use of AACM and SAP access management *

* Performs analysis, evaluation, development and maintenance of program budget *

* Monitors costs incurred, program performance and provides status information*

* Plans, schedules and coordinates special activities as required*

* Assists in preparation of specific reports as required*

* Participates in special projects as required*

* May make appointments, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements and coordinates activities between program management, customer and outside parties.

* May serve as liaison between corporate departments, subcontractors, consultants and others

Required Experience

Required Qualifications

* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.

* Minimum of eight years related experience, with at least 5 years in support of government project/program activities or a combination of a college degree with at least 5 years experience in support of government project/program activities.

* Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages

* Active TS/SCI Security Clearance

* Selected candidate must be willing to undergo and successfully pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in Intelligence to analyze sources, identifies and analyzes data, information, and knowledge requirements to validate meeting security markings and tracking.

* Should have experience in compliance with DOD and DIA security related policies and procedures. 

* Experience with ACCM and SAP access management

* Experience in administrative security clearance verification processing of associated paperwork
