Job Description: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college/university and 6 years of applicable experience or; an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline and 8 years of applicable experience. Applicable experience includes performing software development, analysis, integration and related functions research, development, test and evaluation in support of military equipment and systems, analysis and design of application interface and integration; translation of user requests and processes into detailed functional and technical specifications; and development of interface specifications, guidelines, reporting, policies, procedures and system documentation.


Job Duties: Responsible for assisting with software and hardware development, integration and maintenance of aviation and missile based test-set platforms. Execute testing within System/Hardware-in-the-Loop lab environments including testing of hardware in fielded environments. Duties will also include data acquisition, post-test analysis and reporting. 




  •          5+ years object-oriented C++ programming experience required.
  •          Full proficiency with Linux.
  •          Full proficiency with Qt Framework.
  •          Gnuplot and Matlab experience.
  •          Agile software development method familiarity.
  •          Experience with integrating and operating hardware and software real-time hardware-in-the-loop environment required.
  •          Experience with reading, manipulating, and injecting data in a real-time hardware-in-the-loop environment.
  •          TENA development & troubleshooting.
  •          Work as a team member in a collaborative effort, taking initiative at times when direction is implicit.
  •          Be flexible to changing work environments and tasks.
  •          Willingness to work overtime and weekends if necessary.
  •          Up to 10% travel possible.
  •          Ability to follow safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.
  •          Must be a U. S. citizen.
  •          Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance.




  •          Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience.
  •          Familiarity with 6-Degree of Freedom (6-Dof) software development and operation a plus.
  •          Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA, GitHub, GitLab, or similar software development tools.
  •          Experience with Concurrent RedHawk Linux.
  •          Familiarity with Army Aviation testing and/or simulation.
  •          Expected to periodically participate in cross-functional training activities performing engineering tasks in support of other test programs.
