Configuration Quality Control Support Specialist


USfalcon, Inc., recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to work at Ft. Eustis, Virginia.




  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of six (6) relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of four (4) years US Army aviation maintenance experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year within the last three (3) years creating technical documentation of US Army aviation research and development programs to the extent such documentation can represent a Maintenance Work Order for the installation of the system onto UH-60, CH-47 and AH-64 airframes.




  • Secret Security clearance.




  • This position will require CONUS travel.






  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.






  • Recommend configuration and quality control techniques and procedures to be employed within the RPD’s and/or AATD’s standard operating procedures.
  • Employ approved configuration and quality control techniques and operating procedures to assist in the tracking and verification of the configuration of a system across the programmatic, design, analysis, fabrication and/or installation processes of development for any new or existing aviation research and development systems within AATD.
  • Assist Government personnel to gather, consolidate or otherwise track the final technical data package (TDP) for all research and development projects through completion of the project and shall assist in the configuration control of the final TDP.
  • Assist Government personnel with the generation of installation, maintenance, and/or operating procedures for the various research and development systems within AATD. The procedures shall contain all necessary information required by a qualified team of personnel, unfamiliar with the particular system and installation, to independently and properly perform the installation, maintenance or otherwise operate the system.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
