Job Description

KBRwyle requires an Executive Assistant to support the Joint Attack Munitions Systems (JAMS) Business Director by providing management analysis and executive administrative support to the JAMS Business Management Office senior personnel. This position is located on Redstone Arsenal, AL. Some overtime may be required, but not routinely expected. No travel is expected.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide professional customer service for incoming calls and while escorting visitors

• Support government travel planning, managing office inventory, tracking facility work orders and maintain key personnel schedules

• Assist in strategic communication with senior leaders and preparing documents for coordination with various organizations and offices

• Schedule meetings, coordinate special events and off-site meetings

• Plan, administer and document meeting minutes and action items and coordinate resulting answers from the action items

• Prepare, edit, coordinate, and/or maintain reports, briefings, and spreadsheets

• Collect inputs, create initial draft versions, and finalize documents

• Research and develop administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines

• Evaluate and advise on the organization, methods, and procedures for providing administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation

• Coordinate with other Program Management Analysts to ensure administrative coverage for the JAMS Project Management Office

?Experience/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years of office management and/or administrative experience in either a DoD Program Office or equivalent commercial setting is highly recommended.

• Proficiency in all MS Office applications to include: Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook are required.

• Outstanding communication and coordination skills required.

• Knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS) is required.

• Working knowledge of AR 25-50 is required.

• The candidate will be required to have working knowledge of DoD Military and Civilian Leadership hierarchy including protocol for SES and General Officer meetings.

Secret security clearance and US citizenship are required.

?An Associate’s Degree is preferred. Office management and/or administrative experience in either a DoD Program Office or equivalent commercial setting preferred.
