Candidate will oversee and produce plans, schedule, and deliverables in support of major Cyber projects.  Projects may integrate interdependent vulnerability assessments, IA support, Cyber training activities, and software assurance events.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

  • Manages and helps develop task deliverables (CDRLs).
  • Responsible for performing analysis on system events, deliverables, issues, and interdependencies*
  • Responsible for developing integrated master schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools*
  • Development of project plans and integrated master plans (IMPs)*
  • Responsible for working with Technical Leads and end system stakeholders to define critical paths, data availability, report requirements, etc. *
  • Responsible for documenting event objectives and interdependencies, and for preparing project plans and schedules to meet event requirements *
  • Works closely with Technical Leads to ensure all event requirements and deliverables are captured in the project plan and schedule
  • Reports to Program Manager
Required Experience

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience

* Minimum of 8 years work related experience (may be a combination of technical, project planning, and scheduling experience, including 3 years supervisory experience

* Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs required

* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Project

* Experience building resource loaded schedules, defining critical paths, and building project plans

* Valid DoD clearance

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience supporting multiple project plans and schedules concurrently

* Proficiency building the IMS and IMP
