General Summary

Develops and applies advanced methods and techniques in the design, planning, and analysis of test events for advanced systems.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

* Determine target needs and instrumentation types to meet technical system requirements and provide interface between product provider and the test office.

* Interface with IPT and government leads to determine the diverse target capabilities and requirements to optimize tactical design performance during test events.

* Manage necessary working groups and periodic reviews to support test programs/plans.

* Provide real time and post mission test truth data for product tested to analyzed for models and sims, and post mission infrared and heat signature analysis.

* Support test events, to include demonstrations at various locations within the Continental United States.

* Lead all range coordination and range operations including overseeing multiple range documents/requirements.

* Identify test requirements for programs in support of Milestone documentation.

* Develop Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs).

* Develop methods to track test metrics and measures for test office.

Required Experience

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in related field such as information systems, engineering, etc or equivalent experience.

* Minimum of eight years related experience

* Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs

* Requires DoD Top Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in infrared and thermal signature testing and analysis.

* Experience in optics and optical signatures testing and analysis

* Master's degree
