Want to be afforded the opportunity to travel the world and visit some exciting locations?   We're seeking a Cyber Engineer who is willing to travel to various CONUS and OCONUS customer locations to assess security controls on systems! 

General Description:

  • Performs analysis of network diagrams, network topologies, hardware and software lists to determine level of effort required for vulnerability assessments.
  • Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):
  • Performs analysis of network diagrams, network topologies, hardware and software lists to determine level of effort required for vulnerability assessments.
  • Provides standard support for processes, investigations and maintenance of system accreditation.
  • Identifies where systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.
  • Involved in conducting audits to ensure information systems security policies and procedures are implemented as defined in security plans and best practices.
  • Supports the formal testing requirements through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results, and preparation of required reports.
  • Involved in passive evaluations (compliance audits) and/or active evaluations (vulnerability assessments).
  • Assist in tracking and scheduling all vulnerability assessments.
  • Assist in verifying all deliverables are thorough and complete.
  • Travel up to 40%
Required Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years work related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires a valid DoD security clearance
  • Willing and able to travel up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Previous SCA-V/Certification Authority Experience
  • Previous RMF/DIACAP Experience
  • System Tracker Experience
  • CISSP
  • CCSA
