COLSA Corporation is currently seeking candidates for a Windows Systems Analyst to join its team of professionals at the Advanced Research Center. The candidate selected will be afforded the opportunity to showcase their technical abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic and team-oriented environment, in support of the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) engineering, development, integration, testing and analysis of Ballistic Missile Defense Systems (BMDS) component systems.

This Systems Analyst will be responsible for the effective installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of system hardware, software and related infrastructure on multiple platforms, primarily Windows systems in the Integrated Systems Test Capability -2 (ISTC-2) lab at the Advanced Research Center. Additional duties include daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, key system processes and the review of system/application logs. In addition, candidate will be responsible for applying required system patches and mitigation of potential system vulnerabilities. Candidate may provide guidance to lower-level employees. Candidate will be required to have working knowledge and experience with configuring system network interfaces, connecting and managing physical and network attached storage, administration of domain controllers and tape archiving/retrievals. Candidate will be responsible for working with the customer on troubleshooting hardware/software issues and performing analysis on system problems. Candidate will also work with system users to define problem areas, data availability, report requirements, etc. Candidate may also be responsible for implementing system design specifications and defining input/output file specifications to include file organization. Candidate may be responsible for defining controls, conversion procedures and system implementation plans. Candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining classified systems to which he/she is assigned and working with Cybersecurity representatives to ensure system compliance. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to), account maintenance, security auditing and configuration management reporting. Other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and exhibit the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic customer-oriented environment.

Required Experience

Required Qualifications

* Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. May use related experience in lieu of education.

* Minimum of 0-8 years of related work experience required.

* Working knowledge and experience with Windows servers and workstations

* In accordance with DoD 8570.1M, the candidate must obtain and maintain an IAT-II level baseline certification, Security+ CE, within 90 days of hire

* Candidate must obtain and maintain a Microsoft Certification within 90 days of hire

* Currently active DoD SECRET security clearance required

Preferred Qualifications

* Currently active CompTIA Security+ CE certification

* Currently active Microsoft Certification

* Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Server 2016 administration
